Wine Tours from Valparaíso, Viña del Mar & Santiago

We've been guiding in Chilean wine country since 2007, and a good share of what we run is built to order. Some of what we can put together:

• Other valleys — Maipo and Aconcagua from Santiago, Colchagua for a day among the big reds, or Casablanca in more depth than the standard route
• Different wineries — a dozen estates in Casablanca alone, from boutique names like Kingston and Loma Larga to organic Emiliana. Our wineries guide covers who's worth your time
• Transfer tours — travelling between Santiago and Valparaíso anyway? We'll run a valley itinerary on the way and drop you at the other end, instead of a round trip
• Food and wine — vineyard lunches with proper pairings, a cooking class where you shop for the ingredients and cook them yourself, or a full Chilean asado out in the countryside: chorizo, prietas, ribs and two cuts of beef
• Sparkling — the Casablanca route with a bottle of each winery's espumante along the way
• Something for an occasion — a helicopter over the valley to lunch at Matetic, for an anniversary or a last day in Chile
