Prices & booking
Do I need to book in advance? How far ahead?
At least 24 hours.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and cash in Chilean pesos.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refunds are available with 48 hours' notice; partial refunds after that.
Getting there & pickup
Do you pick up from Santiago?
Yes, tours can start from Santiago, Valparaíso, or Viña del Mar.
Do you offer shore excursions from the Valparaíso and San Antonio cruise ports?
Yes — we collect and drop off at both the Valparaíso cruise terminal and the port of San Antonio. Pricing for Valparaíso pickup is shown in our price calculator; for San Antonio, contact us and we'll quote you directly. Every tour page lists its full duration, so you can match a half-day or full-day tour to the time your ship is in port.
Is transport included?
Comfortable private transport is included in all tours.
